Facility Rentals at The Learning Center

The Learning Center offers thoughtfully designed spaces for training, meetings, collaboration, and experiential learning. Our facility is intentionally divided into two primary rental environments—Cortex Studio and Limbic Commons—allowing clients to select a space that best supports their objectives.

Each space is designed with purpose, comfort, and functionality in mind, making The Learning Center ideal for professional education, team development, workshops, and business gatherings.

Rental Information

Cortex Studio and Limbic Commons are available for half-day and full-day rentals. Final scheduling, setup requirements, and usage details are coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

Cortex Studio

Full Learning & Training Environment

Cortex Studio encompasses the full downstairs of The Learning Center and is designed for focused instruction, collaboration, and productivity. This space is ideal for trainings, workshops, meetings, and professional development sessions that benefit from structure and flow.

Frontal Classroom

Our primary instructional space designed for instructor-led learning. The Frontal Classroom features a teacher’s desk, seating for up to 12 participants, a whiteboard, mobile flat-screen TV, and a dedicated coffee station with water access.

 Parietal Conference Room

A collaborative space for planning, discussion, and strategy. The Parietal Conference Room includes a conference table with seating, a whiteboard, wall-mounted TV, and access to an industrial-style printer.

Occipital Lounge

A comfortable break and reset area designed to support focus throughout the day. The Occipital Lounge includes a lunchroom-style table, microwave, vending machine, and counter space for meals and refreshments.

Limbic Commons

Open & Customizable Space

Limbic Commons is a fully open, customizable upstairs space offered as a blank canvas for clients who want to create their own vision. Designed to support connection, creativity, and experiential learning, this space allows renters the flexibility to configure the environment to meet their specific needs.

Limbic Commons is well-suited for workshops, retreats, pop-up events, extended trainings, and creative or community-focused gatherings where atmosphere and experience matter.

 Full Facility Access

For clients seeking a comprehensive experience, full facility access is available and includes both Cortex Studio (downstairs) and Limbic Commons (upstairs). This option is ideal for full-day trainings, multi-session events, or programs requiring both structured instruction and flexible experiential space.
